A one-time, in-depth evaluation to understand the client or athlete's current performance, nutrition habits, mindset, and readiness for coaching. This is where we see how to close the gaps for her performance, energy, mindset, and recovery. ✅ What’s Included: 60-90 Minute Intake Session - Discuss sport history, goals, habits, challenges, routines, and current training. Nutrition Baseline Review & Lifestyle Review - Guided conversation to assess current eating patterns, hydration, energy, and relationship with food. Movement & Recovery Baseline - (In-person and/or virtual assessment) – foundational movement screen or fitness self-report checklist. Mindset Snapshot - Evaluate confidence, consistency, and mental performance using age-appropriate tools. Custom Readiness Report - Summary of strengths, gaps, and tailored coaching recommendations. **Bonus:** Family Fuel Starter Guide Includes a printable grocery list, fueling tips, and 3-day meal sample plan.
